PRESENTATION
Pneumatic piston pumps are ideal for many industries to ensure a transfer of fluids.
They are particularly adapted for the pumping of chemical or alimentary viscous products.
These pumps displayed pressure ratios from 1:1 to 50:1 and thus reach pressures of high discharge can overcome pressure losses.
For example, in the case of an air supply to 5 bar on a pneumatic pump having a piston of 10:1, this one is multiplied by the pressure ratio 10, so the maximum discharge of the pump reaches a pressure of 50 bar.
Another application area: piston pumps are used in many cases in the spray paint (food guns).
SANITARY PUMPS
GRACO - Saniforce
The Saniforce pneumatic piston pump with follower plate by GRACO products can filling operations viscosities up to 500,000 cps from 200L drums. This pump is available with a food design or double ball palette boot, and is equipped with a seal plate mounted forklifts inflatable with FDA standards. The unloading rate is 99%, this pump is ideal for transferring your creams, sauces, jams, caramel icing, toothpaste ...
