PRESENTATION

Gear pumps precision fit into the family of positive displacement pumps with external gear.

Compared to the other external gear pumps, they are placed in smaller displacements (that
is to say low-flow) and have the advantage of having a higher precision machining, precision
should be important to balance the flow.

Pumped products can have a very high viscosity up to 5000 poise.

Moreover, their high precision machining allows them to reach pressures up to 300 bar and
temperatures of the order of 300 ° C.







These pumps thus provide an accurate flow rate, continuous, not pulsed, little (or not) affected by
changes of temperature, viscosity, or pressure.

 Displacement: from 0,146cc to 200cc.
 Maximum pressure: 300 bar.
Viscosity: 0,01 to 5000 cPo.
Temperature: up to 300°C.
Preferred speed: 0 to 175 rt/min.
Construction: D2 Steel or 400 Steel.
