PRESENTATION
Centrifugal pumps with magnetic drive benefiting the general caracteristics of centrifugal pumps with the magnetic drive security. Their construction often modular and the extent of the range to allow the end user to find the right product for their needs. These pumps avoid any risk of leakage associated with sealing elements while retaining the characteristics of conventional centrifugal pumps. Moreover, the choice of materials resistant to corrosion makes a pump capable of conveying all kinds of corrosive and dangerous fluids. Using a magnetic drive system increases the life of the pump and reduces maintenance operations related to the tightness of classic pumps.
TECHNICAL INFORMATIONS
Material: Polypropylene or PVDF
Bushing: Carbon, Silicium carbure, PTFE or Ceramic
Shaft: Ceramic or Hastelloy C
Gaskets: FKM or EPDM
Density: up to 1,8
Flow: up to 55m³/h
Pression: up to 5 bar
Viscosity: up to 150 cPo
ATEX (according to the pump model)
OPERATION
1. A driver magnet is coupled directly with the motor shaft and set in motion a magnet conducted trough magnetic forces.
2. The liquid enters by the suction flange, a fraction follows an alternative path to the rear of the body to cool the moving parts.
3. The internal magnetic capsule is combined with the turbine, allowing the transfer of fluid depending on the characteristics of a centrifugal pump, but without lining, so without leakage
